How do I stop my Daily Update emails while on vacation?

Scroll right down to the bottom of any Daily Trade Update or Big Weekend Edition email you received from us...there will be a link worded something like this:

To unsubscribe or change subscriber options visit:

Click on the link and a page will come up with the name and email address you subscribed under, and the following options:

Select the "Unsubscribe" option and a new page will come up with a text box asking for optional comments...type Vacation into the box and submit. Your emails will be held until you're ready to restart them.

How do I restart them when I get back?

Repeat the steps above, just select the Subscribe option. Your emails will be restarted.

How to cancel your Membership

If you signed up using a regular credit card, and NOT through Paypal:

First, Please Note: it is NOT enough to stop your daily emails through Aweber...that will NOT stop your rebilling! You MUST do one of the following:

If you signed up with the regular billing system (ie, you did NOT use Paypal), click here for your automatic self cancellation page. You will need your Username and Password. (Usernames and passwords are CaSe SeNsItIvE).

If you have no success with the self cancellation page, please click here to send an email to [email protected]

If you signed up through Paypal:

To stop your monthly rebilling you MUST do one of the following. Please note that it is NOT enough to simply click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the emails...all that will do is remove you from the mailing list, it will NOT stop your rebilling, nor will it terminate your access to the password protected areas, and we have to assume you're using those regardless of whether you're getting the emails.

If you signed up through Paypal you will need to log onto your Paypal account by clicking here. You will need the email address and password you used when you created your Paypal account.

Once you have logged into your account, click on the "All Activity" link, and click on any Traders Helping Traders transaction in the "Details" column.

On the next page that comes up, right at the top under "Transaction Details" you'll see a small link saying something like "In reference to S-3T1971AXVC7A62X2303W". Click on it.

At the bottom of the next page that comes up there will be a "Cancel Subscription" button - click it. Follow the directions.

If you have no success canceling with your Paypal account, please click here to send an email to [email protected]

How to change your credit card or expiration date


Unfortunately Paypal does not offer the opportunity to change your credit card information associated with your subscription. As soon as you change your card info on Paypal, it will automatically cancel all your subscriptions that were running using the old card info.

Please send an email to [email protected] if Paypal has cancelled your subscription due to changed credit card info. We will direct you to a special transfer page that will allow you to to keep the same subscription rate you originally signed up with, thus avoiding any price increases.
