I am reaching out to some of my colleagues. May I ask for some assistance on setting up Jack.
I notice that after I log in and hit the ikon, the frame comes up with Jack's picture in the left hand corner and in that upper large slot is a list of 15 options starting with Freeanalysis and ending over at the right with help.
I can highlite any of these fifteen options or go down lower to the Free tools for investors but I can't get the hang of how to bring up the charts that I want.
For instance:
-if I hit TurboCharts, how do I get commodities on the Hitlists and get the rest of that menu to open up?
-is work space open to me and how to put chosen charts on it?
-how to get green/red candles on charts?
In other words, when I peruse the information I find nothing that walks me thru the process step by step to get to where Tom has his working charts.
If this ain't a bother, I could use some guidance.
