Shannon's remark was an affirmation of the wisdom in Techie's post ... kinda' like saying nice post, I agree, etc. ... and in no way was directed at you. BTW, Shannon is a he and one of the good guys.
In a great many cases when I respond to someone's post, their post gave me the inpetus to do so but the object of my response is frequently not them specifically. More often than not the response is directed at a general audience.
I think this is the case with Techie's remarks. In the first place I didn't see any comment he made that was any kind of an attack and I certainly don't see anything even remotely derogatory in what Techie wrote. I have known him a long time. He has been a valuable help to many a trader with his quiet, considered and insightful posts.
