Just keep on trading and don't look back.. You lost and there ain't nothin you can do about it.. BUT you can learn from it.. Never look at a market as an ol' buddy that took you're last beer and expect him to replace it.. Remember this, (especially in a market like cattle) **if you had a plan and stuck to it and still lost, it may not be you're fault !!** (read that again) The best thing you can do is put that trade way back in you're memory banks, do not forget about it, but move on..
