One is only over trading if they are losing money.
No one that makes money consistantly will ever think or admit to being an over-trader.
Tom trades, or looks to trade every day.
I took a shot at Tom's BOND day trading method today, and made a small amount in a couple hours. The Gold trade didn't set up, but I watched for it also.
Remember no position is a decision also.
I can see where one could make your goal, stick with it, I think it's very good.
