It just looks to me like the Commercials (red) may be about to reverse or start selling; and the Funds (black) may be about to reverse and start buying. Since the price seems to follow the funds and inverse to the commercials then the price would start heading back up, providing this all pans out. They could conitinue the path they have been on, but it looks like it could be starting to reverse.
