first of all let me add to Tom's reply that we all owe you thanks and our respect for the invaluable work you are doing.

As Tom mentioned it would be helpful to either read the question or have it repeated by Tom or Erich whoever is talking. While you are concentrating on the words you are wondering what the question might have been until later you recognise would it only could have been. By that you may miss some part of the answer.

Oh, by the way, should I ever stay up all night to join a webinar, without any doubt you may post my questions and make them visible to everyone.
