No adjustments are necessary BY YOU. Erich and I are usually the only one's speaking. The questions are posted in text on the screen which you can't see unfortunately.

The adjustment needs to be made by Erich and I. What we need to do is verbalize the question, state for all to hear before we answer. I will speak to Erich and we will try to remember to do this at each webinar. That way anyone just listening the audio recording made by Jeff can follow more connectedly ... if that's a word ... to what's taking place.

This is an excellent point and I thank you for making it.

By the way, JEFF ... thank you so very much for doing this for all of us. We have so many who can't join us live and what you do is beyond value. Thank you, my friend.
