Justin, Just so you understand, I only did discount on line trades and have had zero experience with Insignia using full service brokers there. The few full service brokers I ever used at other companies pushed me around pretty bad with various techniqes to go with whatever their suggestion was such as pouting and belittling for not listening to them. That's why I went discount on line.

If you're looking for full service I'd check the recommended list provided here at this forum that will allow you to be in control of your account. Maybe some of them provide real time quotes and charts as well if that's mainly what you're looking for.

I love the on line stuff but read some of Toms remarks about the potential pitfalls and be carefull. So far I've only made bad decisions, not order mistakes.
