Hi David and Vanessa,

I noticed you couldn't see the chart in tonight's class. But you logged off before I could stop you. The room was at capacity and you probably got locked out due to that.

Anyway, I just wanted to let you know that when the chart windows open they usually open minimized. So you need to check your task bar for the button that start with something like "hotCam - [Erich]..."

If you see that then you need to click on it to open the window. I hope that was the problem you were having as it is an easy fix. Again, sorry if you could not get back in. That usually doesn't happen because we usually don't have a room limit. Next week will be better I hope!
