I'm a practitioner of Tom's methodology. You do have to be able to watch the market during the day. The markets that I follow are the ERT, USD, GCD, and GSF. I have made changes to my work schedule so that I can watch price action twice a week, I'll be going to three times a week in the next few weeks. I trade on an electronic platform live and on a simulator. The charting that I use is Jack of Trade.
