Joe,

Thanks for your input. I see right now I can learn a lot from you guys. Let me try to clarify myself. I have been trading electronically, but my quote screen just shows evidently just the pit trading prices, while my current position screen reflect whatever market I happen to be in. I was only commenting that there's almost always a difference of 10-15 points between them. As far as the slow fills, it's with the NYBOT. I had a sell order on SBK06 the other morning MOO but didn't get a confirmation until 20-25 minutes later. The order was actually filled about 5 minutes after opening. One time I placed a sell order 15 min. prior to closing and my active order screen showed the order had expired. An hour later it showed it had been filled. I just got back into trading real money about 6 months ago after taking a couple years off and doing some real studying. My previous experiences have been with a brokers. A lot of this stuff may be normal and I'm sure it's just a matter of me learning the "rules" so to speak. I certainly appreciate anyone's input and I will soaking in as much as I can from the forum.

Mike T.
