I haven't looked at a RR chart in a while. Thanks for posting. I posted Jan 29 that the COT report showed an extreme divergence between comm shorts and small spec longs which normally leads to a shift in trend at some point. It just so happens that the top in RR was very close to this divergence reading and RR has been falling ever since.
