As for time frames, I just use the daily chart. I don't use the intraday charts. I've occasionally used the 5-minute chart, but when I did, I lost as when I got in, it would reverse. But now that I just use S&R lines from the daily, been doing quite well for the few trades I've done in the last 2 weeks. And one real bad trade in lean hogs, lol. Still recouping from that one. One recommendation, don't try to scalp hogs, they'll scalp you, lol.
