And it's not the money that keeps me there, as the pay, in my opinion, is terrible, but the guys I work with in the warehouse. Best group of guys I've worked with. It's just management that's making it miserable for all the warehouse crew. And to show how tight the crew is, we only have 1 guy with less than 2 years there. Everyone else has at least 8 years there, and one guy, the lead driver, 16 years. I'm right behind him with 11 years. Very low turn-over. But the sales staff and management on the other hand? lol.
