Will have more trades coming. Just got to get back into the habit of going to bed early and getting more sleep, lol. Work is driving me nuts. The manager we had left, and we are not only short-handed, but no manager. And even though I've been with the company for 11 years, they won't bring someone up from within, will only hire from outside the company, which I think stinks. As now, have to do the job again, for at least 3 months. This was out 4th manager in 5 years. They just can't hire the right type of person for the job, lol. But I did let them know this time, if things aren't straightened out in management, they will be looking for 2 people. And I'm the only person in the company that not only knows the warehouse and how it's run, but the only one with the proper access and knowlege of the new computer system we just put in. And if I leave, they will be SOL, as they won't be able to put out deliveries because nobody knows the system and scheduling, as well as monthly inventory. This last manager really screwed the owner too, lol.
