Paypal is not integrated with our system, it has to be manually updated every time. Netbilling is directly integrated, but not everybody has a credit card to use it so we keep Paypal available as a backup.

I usually set the expiration a few days after Paypal runs so that there is no time lapse, but it still manages to catch me with a few people. My apologies!
