Help please.

Can not get wire transfer to go through for Stock Navigator.

I first tried to wire to Latvia, bank says they can not wire to that location, but could not tell me exactly why. (but they took my $45)

Then Jack told me to try the Intermediary Bank 1 below.

Tried that today and my bank says still not enough info.
They tell me they would need another ABA number
(as in a larger bank to pass on to the next)

Not sure what they mean.
I'm trying also to get some info from Jack, but It seems he's given me all he can.

Hoping someone here can set me straight.

Is information below correct ?
