I sent you an e-mail last night (which you answered) explaining that I had Internet problems all weekend and likely wouldn't be able to open the Trading Room this morning.
I've got Comcast technicians coming out tomorrow. Can't get them here any faster.
I've ordered a new router in case that's the problem.
For now, I've by-passed the router completely and can wire straight-in to one computer at a time, but I either get charts and no Trading Room or a Trading Room with no charts since I don't have anything except charts and order-entry platform on the trading computer.
Don't know what else I can do . . . but you've got the e-mail address in case you think of something I overlooked.
