I just went to the Supreme Court Orders.

They seem to indicate this guy didn't show-up for hearings. So he lost. Sounds right.

My lawyer friends (wait, that's kinda' like saying my pet shark . . . LOL!) anyway, my lawyer friends tell me you don't stand much of a chance if you don't even show up for a Court hearing.
