How does one gain patience in trading? Patience has never been my strong suit. At 5:19 this morning, I made an early CD trade and profited $130 on one contract. Why did I not quit for the day? Instead I made eight more trades and ended the day with a $140 loss!! This happened last week also and too many other times in the past. My trading works best very early in each market's trading day. Later, it becomes far less predictable. Suggestions on gaining patience? Maybe I should close the charts and not look at them anymore that day?
