I also use the broker charts (Ninja charts) and they're comp'd, but even if you pay for them, charts like Ninja and Sierra Charts are relatively inexpensive ($25/month +). If I were spending money on charts my first pick would be Ninja and Sierra would be my second. Ask your broker, they may have access to a Ninja chart data feed (Ninja charts are free to download but you need data service from your broker).
George you're not missing anything but if you feel you need an extra "tool" to make you more comfortable with your trades then go to http://indicatorwarehouse.com. They have a whole slew of specialized indicators for Ninja Charts. I know the guy who runs it and believe me, if there's a trading related indicator out there he knows about it!
