Funny you should say that Rob, I always thought our styles were very similar! LOL!

I remember when we first did a couple of rooms together I kept thinking "Gee, this guy trades just like me! (except for your profit targets)".

Amen to the screen time point. There's no substitution for actually trading. The more you do, the better you become.

People get sidetracked by the methodologies of trading. There are a thousand systems out there, and a lot of them are very good, but you don't need a better system, you need to learn the one you have now.

I'm reminded of Richard Dennis' (founder of the Turtle Traders) famous quote: "I've always said that you could publish my trading rules in the newspaper and no one would follow them. The key is consistency and discipline.” I think the latter part, about consistency and discipline, is where most people drop the ball. And I think you get consistency and discipline as a part of screen time.

Rob is one of the most consistent and disciplined traders I know...now go buy yourself a bigger hat.
