When I left the Craps table I went to see how my wife and daughter were doing playing Black Jack and they were both doing very well. My wife was up about $400 and our daughter easily had $1000. I asked them if they wanted me to "bank" some money for them? Both of them declined. I suggested they at least give me their starting capital so if things when badly they would walk away even. They still declined.
An hour later they were both bust. By their own estimates, between the two of them, they blew about $2k in profit.
Sad to say it's a lesson they have still to learn.
